  • To access HRMIS modules, you must either connect your device to the campus LAN (wired network), or use the VPN provided by ITU to connect to the campus network. However, the Leave Module can be accessed off-campus without connecting to the campus LAN, providing flexibility for leave applications.
  • This application is best viewed with 1366x768 resolution or above, using Chrome / Firefox / Microsoft Edge.
  • For security reasons, you will be logged out automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity (i.e. without loading pages).
  • System backup will be conducted daily for maintenance of quality service.
  • The scheduled downtime is from 12:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
  • Please remember to logout properly when you have finished a session in HRMIS.
